Upholstery and a curved wood shell bring two different textures into the room. Choose the upholstery you prefer; the latex-and-foam cushioning is included with every option.
- Microfiber
- A synthetic upholstery option with a leather-like appearance.
- Genuine leather / Nappa
- Two leather upholstery choices. Nappa is also a type of genuine leather.
- Partial-leather coverage
- On the partial-leather versions, genuine leather covers the front-facing back cushions, seat top and ottoman top. Matching synthetic upholstery is used on the remaining surfaces, including the armrests and piping.
- Cushioning
- Latex and foam; one standard filling across the range.
- Curved wood shell
- Multiple bonded wood layers form the curved shell, with a visible wood-grain finish.
- Chair movement
- 360° swivel, without automatic return. The backrest has a fixed angle and cannot be adjusted.
- Base & ottoman
- Five-spoke aluminium-alloy chair base with fixed glides, without castor wheels. The separate ottoman does not swivel.

The leather feels super soft and the cushion hits that sweet spot,not too stiff, not too sink-in soft. My kids are obsessed with climbing all over it! Barely any smell right out of the box. The hardware might have subtle differences compared to the original designer piece, but honestly, it's great for the price.
